Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–4 years working as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably in a garage setting.
- Inspection Expertise: Ability to identify accident damages (both exterior and interior), assess underlying mechanical issues, and determine the overall condition of vehicles.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driving license for the class of vehicles inspected, with at least 1 year of driving experience (test drives may be required).
- Tech-Savvy: Must own a smartphone capable of running our field valuation app — minimum 50MP camera and 4GB RAM required for capturing detailed inspection images.
- Attention to Detail & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, record, and interpret vehicle conditions, especially on accident repairs, aftermarket modifications, and structural integrity.
- Integrity & Professionalism: Uphold honesty, safety standards, and professional ethics at all times.
