JOB OPENING

For the position of:

Technical Draftsperson for real estate market

About the opening:

This is an entry level position without much responsibility. The company has a management team that does all the communication with the clients, assigns and double checks all the work. The person must be ready to learn and adapt to the individual client requirements.

Number of positions: 3+

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Receiving and analyzing hand-drawn sketches of buildings located abroad.
• Drafting these sketches for advertisement purposes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
• Background in Architecture.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
