Requires a relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, Hotel Management, or a related field. The positions are based in Limuru and require on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and respond to guests’ needs.
• Perform duties according to established workplace policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Support smooth daily operations within the assigned department.
• Handle equipment, supplies, and facilities responsibly.
• Work closely with team members to achieve service and operational goals.
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Follow health, safety, and security requirements at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, shortages, or service concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the organisation’s operations.
