Teaching Jobs. The Ollessos National Polytechnic Jobs. Welding & Fabrication Technology Trainer delivering competence-based training aligned with the TVET curriculum, preparing learning plans, facilitating hands-on training and assessments and mentoring trainees, requiring a bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Welding & Fabrication Technology, 2 years training experience and excellent organizational and communication skills, in a TVET education environment, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, competence-based training aligned with the approved TVET curriculum and industry standards.
• Prepare and implement effective learning plans and pedagogical tools
• Facilitate hands-on training and assessments
• Develop, administer, and evaluate assessments
• Supervise and mentor trainees in projects and professional practice
• Maintain academic records and training report

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Must have bachelor ‘s degree or Higher National Diploma in the Advertised disciplines requiring atleast HND
• Must have diploma in the Advertised discipline requiring atleast diploma
• At least 2 years of proven experience in training area.
• Should have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Pedagogical training and TVET License will be and added advantage.
