The Senior Officer I, Legal will provide legal support to the organization by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, managing legal documentation, and offering legal advice on corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to management.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Supporting contract management.
- Assisting in handling legal disputes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintaining legal records and documentation.
- Supporting governance and regulatory compliance.
- Liaising with external legal service providers where necessary.
