Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
Receiving, sorting, opening, filing, minuting and distribution of mail; dispatching of mails; and guiding on files disposal
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: –
- Diploma in Records/information management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)mean grade of C Plain from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
