Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and act as the first point of contact, creating a positive first impression.
- Handle boarding customer check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and walk-in customers.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate services and amenities of the hotel to customers.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to support efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records, room status updates, and front office documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages courteously and confidentially.

Qualifications / Skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in Front office or related field
- At least 2 years experience in front desk agent in a hospitality establishment
- Excellent grooming and pleasant personality
- Proficiency in MS Office and any Hotel Management software
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili. Additional languages will be an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
