Project Manager managing large and complex construction projects including programme, cost, quality, and stakeholder management, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 15 years professional experience including 5 years in a Project Manager role, in a construction environment, on-site role.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, Architecture or a relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager or similar senior project management role.
- Professional registration/membership with the relevant professional body.
- Proven experience managing large and complex construction projects, including responsibility for programme, cost, quality, resources and stakeholder management.
- Strong technical, commercial and contractual understanding of construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and problem-solving skills.
