Role Overview:
The Programs Officer Intern plays a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of foundation programs and outreach activities. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, community mobilization, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of foundation programs and outreach activities.
- Assist in monitoring program progress, data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Support community mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in logistics for events, trainings, and field activities.
- Maintain updated program files, attendance sheets, and records.
- Prepare weekly summaries, briefs, and follow-up reports.
Required Competencies:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and report-writing ability.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet timelines.
- Basic understanding of community work, youth development, and project
