Packhouse Supervisor Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in food technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a packhouse supervision, preferably in export business.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
- Proven experience supervising diverse operational teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management tools.
