Our client is looking to hire an OpEx Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving transformational changes and implementing Operational Excellence/Lean principles across the organization. This position entails closely monitoring defined requirements and solutions for all functions, ensuring that performance commitments and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Operational Excellence strategy to enhance overall organizational performance.
• Lead and facilitate Lean projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, performance metrics, and KPIs to management.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Business Excellence.
• Must have worked in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry for more than 3 years.
• Experience in managing and leading projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate OpEx projects from initiation to completion.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Green Belt, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement.
