Role Description
As a Marketing Manager at Kitu Kali, you will oversee and execute strategic marketing plans to expand our brand presence globally while maintaining alignment with our vision and mission. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and leading product launches. You will also conduct consumer research and collaborate cross-functionally with designers and sales teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
- Experience in Campaign Management, Branding, and Public Relations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and storytelling
- Knowledge or passion for fashion, especially African designs, is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics and social media platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in retail or fashion marketing is preferred
