The Liaison Officer Intern will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication and collaboration between CHALAN Foundation and its partners/stakeholders. This position is vital for supporting operational efficiency and ensuring that information flows smoothly across departments. The intern will assist in coordinating meetings, tracking partner commitments, and maintaining stakeholder relationships, all while gaining valuable experience in external relations and public communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between CHALAN Foundation and partners/stakeholders.
• Support smooth communication and information flow across departments.
• Attend relevant meetings, take notes, and prepare follow-up actions.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking partner commitments.
• Support external relations, public updates, and basic correspondence.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and communication logs.

Required Competencies:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and multitasking ability.
• Professional etiquette and customer-care approach.
• Strong follow-up and detail
