Land Valuer Job Mombasa CPSB Mombasa, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling and updating the county valuation roll
- Assisting the revenue department to calculate exact property rates based on the updated valuation roll
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – land surveying and photogrammetry, geomatics, geomatic engineering, technology in geomatics, technology in geo-informatics, geo-spatial engineering, philosophy in technology (survey) or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution
- Membership of the institution of surveyors of kenya
- A certificate in computer application skills
- Meets the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of kenya, 2010
