Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Possess a Certificate in Psychology and Counselling from a recognized institution;
- Possess a Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
