Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must: –
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or an equivalent qualification.
- Government Trade Test Certificate Grade I, II or III in Electrical Installation or an equivalentrecognized qualification.
- Technician Certificate Part III or Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Installation from a recognized institution, where specified.
- At least three (3) years’ experience as an Artisan II (Electrical) or in a comparable position for promotion to Artisan I.
- Demonstrated merit and ability in work performance
