Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Laboratory Technologist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate post-internship or an early-career laboratory technologist who is eager to learn, grow, and work in a structured, quality-driven laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, and process laboratory specimens according to SOPs
- Perform routine laboratory tests under supervision
- Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and safety within the laboratory
- Assist with quality control procedures
- Support front office and patient reception duties when required
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Registered with KMLTTB
- Must have completed internship in a busy government facility
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
