Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
• Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting ICT issues.
• Assisting in system administration, data security and backup operations.
• Maintaining inventory of ICT assets and equipment.
• Supporting development and maintenance of the Assembly’s information systems.
• Any other ICT-related duties assigned by the ICT Officer.

Requirements for Appointment

• Diploma in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Atleast two (2) years experience in ICT support.
• Knowledge of networking, system administration and troubleshooting.
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
