Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure & Security
- Establish network specifications by analyzing user requirements and designing router configurations.
- Build and maintain a secure digital foundation across enterprise and corporate IT.
Systems & Application Management
- Oversee enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and other corporate IT services.
- Manage network performance through monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
Team Management
- Lead the ICT Support Team to deliver comprehensive IT support services.
- Foster a digitally fluent team aligned with business objectives and initiatives.
Performance Monitoring
- Conduct network monitoring and analysis, implementing performance improvements as necessary.
- Develop training programs for users and maintain documentation related to network access and security measures.
Data Integrity & Governance
- Implement data lifecycle policies to protect data integrity and security.
- Establish enterprise data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and high-quality reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ICT management, systems administration, or network security.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Experience with enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data management and analytics platforms.
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex situations under pressure.
