Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing basic ICT support to staff.
- Assisting in hardware and software installation.
- Supporting troubleshooting of printers, computers and network devices.
- Helping with data entry, system updates and backups.
- Maintaining ICT equipment and reporting faults.
- Assist in maintaining data protection system.
- Assist in installing supporting servers.
- Any other tasks assigned by the ICT Officer.

Requirements for Appointment
- Diploma in ICT, Computer Studies or related field from a recognized institution.
- Atleast one (1) year experience in ICT.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and maintenance.
