HR Officer Job Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club
Looking for an HR job in Kenya? Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club is hiring an HR Officer to support recruitment, employee relations and HR administration. The role is based in Nairobi and strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with the club’s values and legal requirements.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
- Administer performance management and employee development programs.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits and records management.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- CHRPK certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
