HR Assistant Job HI Home
HR Jobs, HI Home Jobs. Responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, staff welfare, leave administration, and daily HR operations while ensuring proper documentation. Requires a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management
- Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ proven B2B sales experience
- Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools
- Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
