JOB TITLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
SALARY: KSHS.25,000
JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI CBD
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, email newsletters, presentations, and print materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, colors, typography, and overall visual language.
- Print & Production: Prepare print-ready files, liaise with printers, and ensure that materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and merchandise are produced to the highest standards.
- Digital Content Development: Create visuals for digital campaigns including social media posts, web graphics, email marketing, online ads, and other digital media.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, content, and other departments to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Multimedia Support: Assist with photography, video editing, animation, or illustration when required, enhancing the impact of visual content.
- Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, iterating designs to meet project objectives and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva
- Knowledge of printing and packaging processes is an advantage
- Extra skills in photography, video editing, illustration, or animation are a plus
