Field Officers – Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement Job Girwa Radio Homa Bay, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Market Girwa Radio advertising services.
- Recruit new advertisers and programme sponsors.
- Promote community events and station activities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, NGOs, schools, and community groups.
- Recruit members for Girwa Foundation and Jenga Kesho programmes where applicable.
- Prepare daily and weekly field reports.
Requirements
- Minimum KCSE Certificate; Diploma is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the local market within the Nyanza region.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence is an added advantage.
Remuneration
- Attractive commission plus performance-based incentives.
