Executive Sales Representative Job Marble Capital Solutions Kajiado, Kenya
- We are looking for experienced Sales Executives / to join our team in the Logbook Loans / Asset Finance business.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in Sales or ready to learn
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer acquisition, negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven, hardworking and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Should be around kitengela and it’s sorounding.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals and other channels.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure proper documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain a healthy client pipeline and strong customer relationships.
