  • Diagnose and treat a full range of oral health conditions, from emergencies to routine care 
  • Create and manage treatment plans for complex cases, including dental implants and surgical referrals 
  • Educate patients on prevention, hygiene, and long-term oral health 
  • Keep accurate, thorough electronic health records for every patient interaction 
  • Supervise and mentor dental auxiliary staff, keeping the team current on best practice 
  • Maintain and safely operate all dental equipment, ensuring proper sterilisation standards 
  • Help shape hospital-wide dental care policies and procedures 
  • Take on new challenges as they arise because growth means flexibility 
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent qualification in dentistry) 
  • Valid registration with the relevant Medical Practitioners & Dentists Council 
  • A valid private practising license 
  • 2–3+ years of post-internship experience in general dentistry  
  • Clinical exposure to orofacial pain and oral medicine 
  • Advanced training such as ACLS/ATLS (preferred) 
  • Sharp attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and above all genuine empathy for patients
