The Data Analyst Intern will support data-driven insights across marketing, sales, and program performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
• Develop dashboards and reports to support management decisions
• Track KPIs for marketing campaigns, sales performance, and operations
• Conduct trend analysis and data visualization
• Support surveys, assessments, and reporting requirements
• Translate data findings into actionable insights

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to interpret and present data clearly

Added Advantage:

• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Experience with Excel (advanced formulas), SQL, Python, or R
• Prior exposure to data visualization and dashboard development

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in:
• Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, PR
• Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Added Advantage:

• Prior internship, volunteer, or project experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, or analytics platforms
• Portfolio of content, dashboards, or proposals (where applicable)
