Customer Experience Coordinator Job AIC Kijabe Hospital
Communication Jobs, AIC Kijabe Hospital Jobs. Responsible for receiving and managing patient feedback, resolving customer concerns, coordinating with hospital teams, conducting satisfaction surveys, monitoring service issues, and preparing reports on customer experience. Requires a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, with at least three years’ customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare. The position is based in Kijabe and requires on-site work.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (e.g., CCXP) is an added
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a comparable customer-facing role preferably in the Healthcare industry
- A person of high integrity in their personal conduct and handling of sensitive data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and client feedback (Customer relationship management system)
