Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4-7 years
- Education: Diploma/Certificate in Building & Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction works on site.
- Manage multiple building blocks/work fronts simultaneously.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors and construction materials.
- Monitor quality, progress and adherence to project timelines.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and resolve site issues.
- Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates.
