Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow engagement across all social media platforms
- Capture and share impact stories, photos, and videos
- Support fundraising with compelling stories and donor updates
- Compile and design newsletters, reports, and publications
- Train staff on storytelling and best practices in reporting
- Track analytics and recommend improvement for communications
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Photography and videography experience (Including editing)
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer) Graphic design and report layout skills are an asset
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
