Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out **sensitization of the public** on the operations, roles, responsibilities, accessibility and benefits of WRS.
- Undertaking **capacity building** of relevant stakeholders in relation to the agricultural commodities.
- Carrying out relevant training programs as scheduled.
- Communicating training programs to the relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing reports on training programs undertaken.
- Consolidating attendance records of participants.
- Checking validity and authenticity of **certificates issued under the Act**.
- Preparing reports on the performance and operation of **Collateral Managers**.

Person Specifications
Mandatory requirements:
- Have served in the grade of Certification and Compliance Officer II, for a minimum period of **three (3) years**.
- Have a Bachelor degree in any the following disciplines: **Education, Agriculture, Commerce, Operations Management, Business Administration** or equivalent qualifications.
- Been Proficient in computer applications.
- Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
