Key Responsibilities/Role and Deliverables
- The specific duties, responsibilities and objectives towards the Company are set out below:
- Solicit and procure on the company’s behalf valuation and assessment services clients.
- Selling valuation services by meeting the prospects, presenting and demonstrating,
- Inducing the prospects to use our services, taking instructions and effecting sales,
- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities;
- Manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered;
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking and other documentation as required for executive-level presentation
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following any defined selling process with potential clients.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure company quotas and standards are being met.
- Performing market research and regular competitor monitoring;
- Any other tasks assigned to your Supervisor.

- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and tech-driven sales platforms.
- Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the motor valuation in banking, or financial services industries.
- Experience working with valuation services, fintech solutions, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
