Role Purpose:
Support and strengthen agro-dealers to operate sustainable, profitable agribusinesses while expanding farmer and VBA access to quality inputs, trainings, and market linkages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build the capacity of agro-dealers through business coaching, performance tracking, and linkage to quality input suppliers.
- Monitor sales, revenue, profit targets, and compliance with agreed MOUs and scorecards.
- Support agro-dealer–led trainings for VBAs and farmers, including demonstrations and follow-ups.
- Support planning, monthly reporting, and contribution to donor reporting.
- Strengthen linkages between agro-dealers, VBAs, farmers, tractor owners, and financial service providers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Practical experience in farming, agribusiness, or agricultural input distribution.
- Basic business and financial literacy.
- Experience supervising or supporting others is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.
