Roles & Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate, well-organized accounting records.
• Manage cashbooks, petty cash, client invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, staff payments, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation for marketing campaigns, projects, and client billing.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, and Withholding Tax.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, social media, IT, Customer Service, and Business Development) to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
• Identify discrepancies, risks, or variances early and escalate issues promptly.
• Provide general finance and administrative support as required.
