Responsibilities

This is not a traditional legal role. You will be at the center of:

• Structuring investment products (unit trusts, institutional mandates, alternative vehicles)
• Interpreting and applying CMA regulations in real time
• Advising leadership on regulatory, governance, and legal risk
• Supporting capital markets transactions and product launches
• Driving board governance, company secretarial excellence, and regulatory engagement
• Managing legal risk, disputes, and regulatory interactions
• Drafting and negotiating key agreements (fund management, custody, distribution, partnerships)
• You won’t just review documents. You will shape decisions.

Qualifications

• You are trained in law and understand corporate, commercial, or capital markets practice
• You can move between legal detail and strategic thinking effortlessly
• You understand that governance is not paperwork; it is power
• You are structured, precise, and confident engaging senior leadership
• You don’t just interpret the law you apply it to unlock opportunity
