Customer Service:
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge.

Order Management:
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Food & Beverage Service:
- Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor tables to anticipate customer needs.
- Handle special requests and dietary requirements with care.
Payment Handling:
- Present bills and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations in line with hospitality standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Assist colleagues during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
Problem Solving:
- Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution.
- Report operational issues to supervisors.
Key Requirements, Skills and Qualification
- Diploma in hospitality management or culinary arts
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of continental cuisine and alcoholic beverages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Well-groomed with a courteous and professional attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
