Tuktuk Sales Representative Job Treasure Communications Lamu, Kenya
Treasure Communications Limited is on the hunt for energetic TukTuk Sales Representatives (TSRs) to join our fast-growing team! If you love the thrill of closing a deal, engaging customers, and making an impact on the ground this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through referrals, field visits, networking, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable TukTuk options.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout and after the sales process.
Requirements
- Education background in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
- A valid driving/riding licence is an added advantage.
