Van Sales Representatives Job Treasure Communication

Van Sales Representative achieving sales, distribution and activation targets and managing field visits and reporting, requiring a diploma or degree in Business, Sales or Marketing, minimum 2 years sales or field team supervision experience and a valid driving licence, in an FMCG environment, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets
• Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region
• Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams
• Enforce company policies and operational standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision
• Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile apps)
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned region
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Must have a valid driving Licence If interested,
