Tulla Travel is looking for a highly competent and experienced Travel & Tours Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about travel, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling both corporate and leisure travel requests efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic, regional, and international flight reservations and ticketing
- Prepare competitive travel quotations and tailor-made itineraries
- Manage hotel bookings, airport transfers, car hire, and holiday packages
- Advise clients on travel requirements including visas, travel insurance, and destination information
- Handle corporate and leisure travel accounts professionally
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
- Respond to client inquiries promptly through email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate booking records and client profiles
- Meet sales and service targets while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven working experience in a travel agency or tour company
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, fare construction, and travel operations
- Experience using GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo
- Good understanding of local, regional, and international travel destinations
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or related field is an added advantage
