Telesales Officer driving sales through phone engagement with customers and resolving complaints, requiring a diploma or certificate in Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing and 1-2 years telesales experience with Mombasa or Coastal region exposure, in a pharmaceuticals environment, on-site role in Mombasa.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in pharmacy or sales & marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in Telesales
- Working knowledge of Sage ERP will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in Mombasa/Coastal region.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
