Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on, reliable, and energetic technicians to manage day-to-day operations at our ofline battery swapping stations. You will play a critical role in supporting ridlers, ensuring the safety and quality of swaps, and maintaining the performance of the batteries and equipment. This is a front-line customer-facing role in a fast-paced, mission- driven environment,
Key responsibilities
- Support riders to swap batteries safely and efficiently.
- Confirm battery health and charge levels before and after each swap.
- Ensure proper logging of each swap • (via manual logs, USSD, or mobile device).
- Guide riders on proper battery handlling.
- Educate new riders on how the swapping process works.
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to riders at the station.
- Perform routine checks and cleaning of • batteries and connectors.
- Identify and report any faulty batteries or swap issues.
- Escalate technical problems to the hardware support team.
- Ensure the station area is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Monitor and manage inventory of batteries at the station
- Maintain shift logs and incident reports where necessary.
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma or certificate in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
- revious experience in a mechanical, electrical, or field service technician role is a plus.
- Comfortable working with hands-on tools and basic diagnostic processes. Basic understanding of battery safety and handlling is an advantage,

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on station needs.
