They’re looking for a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, oversee deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure supplies are readily available for daily operations at Poa Place Resort.

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage, accountability and timely availability of items needed for smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• A candidate with a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, 1-2 years’ storekeeping experience (preferably in a hotel), computer packages certification, strong Excel skills, good numerical and analytical abilities, and excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience in stocktaking, inspecting deliveries, monitoring expiry dates, maintaining proper storage standards, and preparing inventory reports will be an added advantage.
