Responsible for managing warehousing, distribution, fleet operations, procurement, disposal of stores and equipment, market surveys, research, inventory management, and stock control in line with public procurement regulations and procedures. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration (Supplies Management), Economics, Procurement and Supplies Management or a related field. The position is based in Iten and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling simple tasks such as issuing and receiving stores and preparation and maintenance of records under the supervision of a more experienced officer.

Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have;

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean. grade C- (minus) with a minimum of C- in -Mathematics. and English or Kiswahili or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
• Certificate in (CIPS) in Supplies Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;

 OR

• Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution
• Certificate in computer application packages and skills from a recognized institution
