Sr Lecturer / Lecturer in Nursing & Midwifery Job Umma University, Kajiado, Kenya
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work with students in classroom and clinical settings
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Experience in teaching, clinical supervision, and research
- PhD (Senior Lecturer) or Master’s degree (Lecturer) in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with relevant professional license
- Strong clinical, teaching, and research skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct and publish research in relevant areas.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees
- Promote student welfare and professional development
- Supervise students in clinical placements and research projects
- Teach theoretical and clinical courses in Nursing and Midwifery
