Team Overview
- Sales Operations Support and Marketing support to drive efficiency on key sales operational enablers allowing sellers more time selling.
- Strong internal cross-functional coordination for efficient and effective customer issues handling within set SLA’s. Support demand generation, thought leadership, brand visibility, and ecosystem engagement across East Africa
- Scan and coordinate intel that helps in identifying emerging opportunities, anticipate threats, and undertake relevant interventions .Accelerate adoption (indirect) and partnership development for consumer-interactive products – Nipashe, Menyesha. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Relevant experience in sales operations and strong coordination between commercial and technical teams.
- For positions based in South Africa, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups in line with the company’s Employment Equity plan and targets.
