We’re looking for a Social Community Lead who is plugged into culture, understands social media beyond posting, and can turn ideas into compelling content — on the fly.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience.
• A strong track record of growing, engaging or transforming social media platforms — show us the brands, campaigns or content you’ve worked on.
• Naturally curious about social media trends, emerging formats and brands that are winning online.
• Able to shoot content spontaneously — from capturing moments on a phone to creating engaging video/photo content in real time.
• A genuine passion for videography and photography, with a strong eye for what makes content visually compelling.
• Extremely outgoing and people-oriented — comfortable approaching people, getting them on camera and creating energy around content.

Core qualities.

• Strong critical thinking skills — able to understand what is working, what isn’t, and why.
• Comfortable working under pressure and moving quickly in a fast-paced social environment.
• Highly organised and fluent in managing your own workload, priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience with social listening and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Talkwalker or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of content performance, audience behaviour and social media analytics.
• Able to translate trends and insights into actionable content ideas and campaigns.
