Community Manager Job

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Community Manager to join our Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing online communities, managing social media engagement, and ensuring our clients’ brands maintain a strong, positive, and engaging digital presence.
You will work closely with creative, media, strategy, and client service teams to execute social media campaigns, manage audience interactions, monitor brand sentiment, and deliver meaningful insights that improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across all client social media
- platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, reviews, and online conversations.
- Monitor brand sentiment, identify emerging issues, and escalate potential risks where necessary.
- Publish approved content according to the content calendar and campaign schedules.
- Execute social media campaigns and engagement initiatives to drive audience growth and participation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, content creators, influencers, and external partners to support campaign delivery.
- Track community performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all activities, approvals, and campaign updates are accurately captured in the system.
- Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and excellent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Support the Performance Media team with audience insights and campaign optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience managing social media communities, preferably within a marketing agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and community management best practices.
- Experience using social media management and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive online conversations professionally.
- High attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
