Role Overview
Masika Benevolent is expanding across the Western and Nyanza regions and is seeking Sales Officers to spearhead grassroots growth within their respective counties. The role requires individuals familiar with local culture, language, and community structures, with the ability to mobilize and manage sales teams at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Sales Agents within the assigned county
- Train, coordinate, and motivate agents to achieve subscription targets
- Drive community awareness and uptake of Masika Benevolent membership plans
- Monitor agent performance and submit regular progress reports
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or sales leadership
- Diploma in a business-related course
- Positions available in Migori, Homa Bay, Kisumu, Kakamega, Busia, and Siaya Counties
- Fluent in Kiswahili (mandatory); basic English is an added advantage
- Strong grassroots mobilization and networking skills
- Experience in insurance, microfinance, SACCOs, or community-based products is an added advantage
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Owns a smartphone or tablet
