Agwima Naturals is looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell our range of natural botanical hydrosols within Nairobi.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and selling natural botanical beauty, skincare, haircare or related wellness products.
- Good understanding of natural beauty products and their applications.
- Strong communication, customer engagement and selling skills.
- Ability to identify new customers, develop markets and grow sales.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy and target-driven.
- Familiarity with Nairobi’s beauty and personal care market will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Agwima Naturals hydrosols across Nairobi.
- Develop relationships with salons, spas, beauty shops, natural hair specialists and individual customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Promote our products through direct marketing and digital channels.
- Follow up on customer orders, sales and payments.
