They are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to drive growth by promoting high-quality solutions. This role involves frequent travel, direct client
engagement, and building relationships across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets
• Execute and contribute to sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Manage client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
• Represent the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client engagements
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and develop compelling proposals
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure efficient delivery and after-sales support
• Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven success in sales and marketing roles, ideally in security products or related industries
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working independently
• Strong relationship-building and customer servicing abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented approach
